The Six Articles of Faith
The Six Articles of Faith describe the core beliefs a Muslim holds in the heart. They form the foundation of Islamic belief.
1. Belief in Allah

2. Belief in the Angels
Angels are created by Allah from light. They carry out His commands and never disobey Him.
3. Belief in the Revealed Books
Allah revealed scriptures to guide humanity, including the Torah, Gospel, Psalms, and the Qur’an. The Qur’an is the final and preserved revelation.
4. Belief in the Prophets
Allah sent prophets to guide people, including Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad ﷺ.
5. Belief in the Last Day
Muslims believe in accountability, resurrection, and judgment after death.
6. Belief in Divine Decree (Qadar)
Allah knows and has decreed all things, yet humans are responsible for their choices.
